Federico Bernal

Work experience

• When he began his professional career, he worked as a supervisor of the labor area of the Legal Consultancy Center of the Legal Sciences Faculty of the Pontifical Javeriana University, and he subsequently worked as an attorney in some of the country´s well-known firms.
• Since joining the Firm in 2010, Federico has been a member of the Consultancy, Litigation, Audits and Collective teams. He is currently working as responsible partner of the Corporate Reorganization and Labor Ministry Unit and oversees a broad client portfolio as head of the one of the Labor Consultancy Unit teams. He´s also a member of the Firm´s team of negotiating lawyers within the Collective Unit and a member of the team of trainers.
• Among the client portfolio Federico oversees, he has a broad experience in infrastructure, hydrocarbon, construction, pharmaceutical, transportation, BPO and mobile application startups sectors.
• Assistant professor of the Individual Labor Law and Collective Labor Law lectures at the Pontifical Javeriana University.
