Work experience

• With over 18 years of experience in labor law, Federico is a partner in the Advisory and Ministry unit at Godoy Córdoba, where he leads comprehensive legal strategies for companies across various sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked as an attorney at several of the country’s most recognized law firms, building a broad and strategic perspective on legal practice.
• Since joining Godoy Córdoba in 2010, he has been part of the Advisory, Litigation, Audits, and Collective Labor Law teams, actively participating as a trainer and negotiator in union and collective labor relations processes. His approach combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, allowing him to deliver practical, sustainable solutions aligned with his clients’ business goals.
• In the academic field, he is a tenured professor in the Labor Law Specialization Program at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where he helps shape future generations of labor law professionals. He has also served multiple times as a member of the Board of the Colombian Bar Association and is currently a member of the Editorial Board of Actualidad Laboral, a leading labor law journal published by Legis, where he contributes to the ongoing development and discussion of legal trends in Colombia.
