- Ongoing Master´s in Justice and Tutelage of Rights, with Emphasis in Labor Law at the Externado de Colombia University.
Work experience
- Daniel gained experience within the labor law field, from a constitutional point of view, by working as an aide in the Constitutional Court. In addition, he has law firm experience, attending to different litigations nationwide and carrying out preventive consultancy for different companies with a nationwide presence.He´s also worked as Legal Director for companies from the real economy sector, specifically from the telecommunications industry.He is currently working as an Attorney in the Unit of Litigation, Consultancy and procedures before Ministries, for the team led by Ana Cristina Medina.
