- Víctor Cabezas Albán is a partner at Godoy Córdoba in Ecuador and an expert in labor law and ESG strategies. For over 10 years, he has advised leading companies on labor restructurings, litigation, and international employment programs. He has supported companies in industries such as consumer goods, food, construction, and technology with complex labor operations. Víctor is the director of a flagship ESG project at The Wharton School and an international speaker and professor at universities in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and the United States.
