Work experience
- Founding partner of Godoy Córdoba, a firm qualified by Chambers & Partners, as the No. 1 in Colombia in Labor Law from 2011 consecutively until 2020. Partner of the Labor Advisory Unit of the firm. He has been teaching at Javeriana University for more than 35 years in an uninterrupted manner, for the undergraduate degree in Law and specialization in Labor Law.Carlos Hernan has also been professor of several programs in the Universities of the Andes, Rosario, Sabana, among others. He is a regular lecturer on issues of updating in Labor Law and Social Security for entities such as ACRIP, Colombo American Chamber of Commerce – AMCHAM, Bar Association of Labor and Social Security Lawyers, ANDI, and important companies in the country.
Awards
- Former governor of the Bar Association of Labor. Member of the Labor Committee of ACRIP, ANDI and of the Editorial Board of Actualidad Laboral (LEGIS). Distinguished for nine consecutive years (2011 – 2020) by the prestigious British publication, Chambers & Partners, as a Labor Law lawyer of Band 1 or first level in Colombia.
