- She has more than 10 years of experience in the legal services industry, and more than 5 years in occupational health and safety.
- She has worked as a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in the areas of labor law and occupational health and safety. She has also participated as an assistant professor in different projects of the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada.
- She participated as a lecturer and panelist in the role of professional expert in the National Plan of Education in Occupational Safety and Health of Positiva ARL.
