- Counsel and Director of Legal Clinic of the Javeriana University from 1989 to 2010. Consultant and litigator in labor matters. Undergraduate and graduate professor at the Universidad Javeriana, the Universidad del Norte, the Universidad de La Salle. Frequent speaker for Chambers of commerce regarding labor law matters.
