Work experience
- Juan Antonio is an expert in corporate, contractual and commercial law. Since 2009 he has worked as an external ally of Godoy Córdoba on issues related to services in corporate law. During his career I worked as a lawyer in the firms Martínez Neira Abogados Consultores and Posse Herrera Ruiz Abogados. Additionally, he was a founding partner of the firm Suárez and Duque Abogados.Between 2015 and 2017, he was appointed Delegate Superintendent in Economic and Accounting Affairs of the Superintendency of Companies.
He is currently a professor of law at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and at the College of Higher Administration Studies (CESA).
