Work experience
- Ricardo Aguirre is part of the litigation area and works on labor and employment matters in Colombia. He has experience in handling litigation processes for the private and public sector in Colombia. He has worked in the determination of social benefits for affiliates of benefit funds. He was also part of the pension recognition team of Colpensiones, also of the Instituto de Seguros Sociales in liquidation, and in the autonomous patrimony of remnants of the Instituto de Seguros Sociales. His experience also includes litigation in the service of Fiduagraria, Banco Cafetero and Banco Central Hipotecario.
