- Attorney from the Javeriana University, Bogotá.
- Specialist in Labor Law from the same University.
- He was granted a scholarship by Cornell to pursue an advanced collective negotiation course.
Work experience
- Before joining Godoy Córdoba in January 2019, he rendered services at a law firm´s labor law area for two years.
- He began his career in litigations and consultancy and then led the audits area. He´s also worked a permanent trainer and negotiator on collective negotiations with trade unions.
- Labor Relations Head Professor for undergraduate programs at the Andes University´s Faculty of Law since 2013. He also taught Emphasis on Corporate Law at the Javeriana University. Diploma courses professor at the Javeriana, Andes and Sabana universities, as well as postgraduate programs.
Awards
- Recognized by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 as outstanding attorney on labor matters, for the past four years.
- Member of the Labor Bar Association´s Board of Directors, former leader of the academic agenda and Governor during the 2018-2019 period.
