He was granted a scholarship by Cornell to pursue an advanced collective negotiation course.
Before joining Godoy Córdoba in January 2019, he rendered services at a law firm´s labor law area for two years.
He began his career in litigations and consultancy and then led the audits area. He´s also worked a permanent trainer and negotiator on collective negotiations with trade unions.
Labor Relations Head Professor for undergraduate programs at the Andes University´s Faculty of Law since 2013. He also taught Emphasis on Corporate Law at the Javeriana University. Diploma courses professor at the Javeriana, Andes and Sabana universities, as well as postgraduate programs.
