Work experience
- With over 15 years of experience, Ana Cristina Medina is a partner at Godoy Córdoba, known for her strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and results-oriented approach in handling both individual and collective labor matters. She currently leads the Advisory unit and co-directs the Collective Labor Law unit, supporting a portfolio of more than 200 clients from diverse industries with comprehensive and effective legal solutions.
- She began her career at the firm as an associate and has built a strong technical and approachable profile that led her to join the firm’s Board of Directors. Prior to that, she worked as an attorney in other respected legal organizations, serving as a litigation coordinator and advisor in complex corporate legal matters.
- Ana Cristina is also a speaker and professor, teaching diploma programs and academic courses at leading institutions such as Universidad de los Andes, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and Universidad del Norte. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fundación Gastronomía Social Colombia, reflecting her commitment to social causes through legal and human-centered leadership.
